Fête du sel

Mark your calendars! Sunday, September 14, from 10am to 6pm, Fête du sel at the Ecomuseum!
This day will be an opportunity to discover and celebrate the Avranchin salt-making technique used from the 9th to the 19th centuries in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
On the program: discover how Avranchin salt is made, prepare the brine and learn about the Bay's local history and landscapes.
